Josefin Thell a Swedish born fashion designer with deep rooted interests in DIY culture, eco conservation, and punk rock. She draws her inspiration from these interests along with the creations of Vivienne Westwood and Coco Chanel.
Josefin was raised in a family with traditions in textiling. This tradition lead her to study theatrical costuming and pattern making at Tillskarakademien in Goteborg, Sweden. After her studies, she went on to begin her own line of fashion (Jozie T) while living in Malmo, Sweden.
After relocating to San Francisco, CA, she connected with the free spirited and revolutionary culture that existed in Bay Area in Califormia. She began to pull more inpiration while working with other designers, artisans, and musicians.
Jozie T's designs are heavy representations of the counter culture revolution and DIY artisan community. They are a symbol of both punk rock and beauty, and they inspire the rebel inside of everyone that just wants to break free.
